- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The parking arrangements are a disgrace. I parked for under 15 minutes but failed to walk into the Centre to register the car in the car park. I was issued with a £100 fine, I did not receive original parking ticket hence was asked for £160, reduced it to £130. REGISTER YOUR CAR IN THE CENTRE BEFORE GOING IN TO THE CENTRE even if under 15 minutes. This is sheer racketeering taking advantage of the elderly who would most likely miss this. Yes, it's Smart Parking all right - a smart rip-off targeting the vulnerable. I am going to check what the signage actually says.by David PJuly 17, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have no complaints about my actual medical care. However if you use public transport and are ill or disabled there is a walk up a steep-ish hill in front of you. Only a man could've designed a medical center with the entrance at the top of a steep slope (a woman would've put it at the bottom, I'm sure someone will die walking up there one day). Once you have negotiated the hill expect a very crowded albeit colourful waiting room. I have always found staff helpful. Cold water dispenser in waiting room, but a coffee machine would be a whole lot better.by Linda SweetmanDecember 04, 2016
